Stillness

Life can be noisy, brash, bossy, busy, overwhelming.

To drop into stillness, is to ALLOW:

The breath to calm and connect.

The heart to open.

The body to speak so I may deeply listen.

What do I need?

How can I surrender?

What needs loving attention?

I hear my thoughts, and I chuckle at their absurdity.

I flow deeper…

So deep that I hear bees buzzing, birds singing, leaves blowing, water lapping.

Nature’s symphony sweetly bathing me in love.

This precious moment is all there is.

I Am.
